Application Timeline

Info Sessions

The first step for interested individuals is to attend one of the club's info sessions. These sessions are designed to introduce the club, its mission, and activities, including committees, general body meetings (GBMs), events, and guest speakers. Attendees have the opportunity to ask questions, engage with current members, and get a feel for the club's community and offerings.

App. Open

Following the info sessions, the club opens its applications, inviting attendees and other interested parties to officially express their interest in joining. Applicants are encouraged to reflect on the information presented during the info sessions and consider how their skills, interests, and goals align with the club's activities and values.

App. Deadline

This marks the cutoff date for submitting applications. Prospective members should ensure they have completed all necessary application steps, including any forms, essays, or additional materials required by the club. This deadline is critical for those who wish to be considered for the current cycle of membership.

Interviews

The final stage involves interviews with selected candidates. This is an opportunity for applicants to personally interact with club representatives and demonstrate their passion and suitability for the club. For the club, it's a chance to assess the candidate's potential contributions and fit with the team. Post-interview, successful candidates will be welcomed into the club.
